Meet Debra
Certified Professional Accountant
Hi, my name is Debra Davidson and I am the founder and owner of Davidson Accounting, with over a decade of experience in the accounting field. I received my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo and my Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Rochester.
Based out of Albany, I worked in public accounting at a Big 4 firm, where I earned my CPA license and then transitioned to private industry where I worked as a senior accountant then a controller for a regional association.
After my children were born, I took a step back from full time accounting and worked as a part-time bookkeeper at several smaller organizations. It was here I realized that small businesses could benefit from more than a bookkeeper.
